Love Letters to Your Inner Child
Sunday, March 29 | from 13:45-16:45
A writing workshop with ceremonial cacao
In this intimate writing workshop, guided by Andjela and Ella, we explore the connection between our past and present selves through guided writing exercises, childhood photographs, and ceremonial cacao. Together, we will slow down, open our hearts, and write a love letter to the child within us — the one who still has so much wisdom to share.
No prior writing experience is needed.

Ella Giljam - Cacao Guide
After over 10 years of working with specialty coffee, Ella discovered ceremonial cacao and was struck by how similar the journey from seed to cup truly is. What she loved most about being a barista — creating that one special moment through a carefully prepared, high-quality drink — is exactly what she now brings to her cacao and tea ceremonies. For Ella, deep respect and gratitude for the plant, the people who helped it grow, and the stories it carries, is at the heart of everything she does. Since 2021, she has been facilitating women's circles and ceremonies, holding space where women can slow down, connect, and come home to themselves.
Andjela - Workshop Guide
Andjela is a third culture writer and performer based in Amsterdam. She likes to write about her reflections and experiences with mental health, feminism, dating and social justice! She also organizes cultural events and writing workshops. She believes that everybody gets to be creative and hopes to provide an encouraging environment where people can explore their voice and stories. She is also a cacao facilitator and loves to combine it with a creative practice, such as writing, especially with fellow sisters. You can find more of her work on Substack @thebipolargirlnextdoor.
