Hi, I’m Ella

As a child, my favorite thing to do was drawing. From going to drawing classes every Wednesday to drawing at home or at school. When I think back about it, drawing made me feel that everything was okay. There was nothing to worry about. I've always been sensitive to sensations, emotions and sounds around me, and drawing made me disconnect from all that was around me. I was with myself, my pencils and my drawings.

That sensitivity never left me. And for many years, I tried to push it away, to function in a world that moved too fast, that asked too much. Until I couldn't anymore.

Nature brought me back. She taught me that my sensitivity wasn't a weakness – it was a doorway. To deeper connection, to healing, to understanding the subtle languages of body, earth, and spirit. I discovered shamanism, breathwork, astrology, sound healing. I trained as a coach. But what I really learned was this: healing happens when we slow down enough to feel. When we create, we reconnect with that child who knew how to be present with pencils and paper.

My approach is deeply influenced by trauma-informed principles: your body knows best, your pace is perfect, and there is no "right way" to heal. Atelier Sacred Bloom is the space I wished I had on my own journey – a place where sensitivity is honored, where creativity meets healing, where you can land in yourself again.
