As summer draws to a close, we gather to honour all that has flourished, and to let it settle before the season turns toward autumn.
We open with cacao, then move into breath and sound, letting the body soften and the mind grow quiet. We close with journaling and a community chat over tea, a gentle space to ask what bloomed for you this summer, what you are ready to lay down, and what you want to carry into the slow turning of autumn.
What's included
